Did you ever think you’d hear from me again?
My last post was written in April–time flies! I thought I just needed to cool my jets for a month or two.
So what changed my timing and direction?
I listened to my inner knower and let it guide me back to a place of fullness. Now there’s a concept. Just wait. I don’t know about you, but this was uncharted territory for me.
And who showed up to cheer me on? Monkey Mind–mister chatter. Here are some of the comments he’d make:
- You’re really lazy, Lee.
- You’re losing touch with everyone–and your relationships are down the tubes.
- You’re life is so easy, why can’t you just get cranking–again…like now?
I set the chatter aside. And…I stayed the course. I let the discomfort of not knowing be my guide. I got support when I needed it. I lived in the place of What’s So for a year–with gratitude. I chose to give myself grace–and space. High five, Lee!
5 amazing things showed up–and I knew I could leave Sabbaticalville.
- My creativity blossomed.
- I re-embraced–and deepened–my passion to serve women through relationships, coaching and retreats.
- My curiosity skyrocketed.
- I relaxed into “what’s so” as a lifestyle.
- My fingers had to write to amazing women–like you.
So…I’m Back! I have my party pants on and I’m ready to rock n’ roll.
What’s been moving and shaking in my heart lately?
I’ve got two things cooking already:
- The ClutterFasting Program: A dynamic program that will help you clear clutter–over time–and support you to make room for what matters to you. We clear clutter–but mostly…we change lives, beliefs and space–together. I’ve done it. You can too. Consider joining us–it starts January 21.
- Soul-Full Women’s River Retreat: June 24-29, 2012 we’ll be going down the spectacular San Juan River for a 5 day/4 night adventure that will knock your socks off. We had a blast last year on the Colorado River. See what some of the wise and wild women have to say. Life changing stuff.
A retreat in the works:
- The HER-O’s Journey Retreat: A four day retreat at the Horseshoe Lodge in Colorado. We’ll be building your personal “life vehicle” from the ground up so you can create a Treasure Map to get you to where you most want to be. This one’s going to be fun. Dancing. Yoga. Treasure Mapping. Journaling. Walking. Space to yourself. Delicious meals. Gorgeous accommodations. Much more soon…stay tuned.
See…I told you my creativity blossomed. Can’t wait to spend time with you!
How about you? What have you been up too? Leave a comment and re-connect. I’ve missed you!
Blessings, Coach Lee

Nice to have you back Lee – missed your marvelous insights. Looking forward to June and being on the river again. Life changes abound on the river!!
Thanks Beth! I’m happy to be back. You’re right–wonderful miracles happen on the River. I’m so happy you’ll be on the San Juan with other wild women in June. Fun coming up!
Love everything about your blog posts, Lee. Thanks SO much! Bev Leonard
Lee, so glad you’re back! And, SO GLAD you listened to your “inner knower!” This post sets a wonderful example for other women to do the same! <3
Lisa Capehart recently posted..Happy Thanksgiving
I so love you took a sabbatical. Everyone deserves one and you can take another one in 2012. I may take one too. My friend is taking one because she is having shoulder surgery next week. Why should any of us wait till we are forced to stop working to stop? i love that you took a Healthy Sabbatical Coach Lee!
Thanks Bev, Lisa & Helene, Taking time for me–as long as I needed–was a stretch and a gigantic step towards being in alignment with my needs. Taking time for Me = Love + Health. I’m grateful to have powerful women–like you–in my life! Blessings…and so much gratitude!
