Fun🤪

I have a (deeply engrained) tendency to get the work done first, then have fun after.

Listening to an episode of Glennon Doyle’s podcast, We Can Do Hard Things, I remembered that I am not alone in that🙏🏼 AND that I was currently running said script!😳

So this morning instead of getting work stuff done so that we can go to the beach and have fun on Sunday – 48 hours later!🤦🏻‍♀️ – I gave myself an hour to have fun now.

I got out my essential oils and starting blending. I love making stuff!😍

I now have 4 bottles of blends with different coloured labels to enjoy everyday,

  • Women’s Wisdom: frankincense, rose & neroli
  • Wake-up: grapefruit, lemon & ginger
  • Loving service: cedarwood, geranium & frankincense
  • Relax: lavender, chamomile & geranium

And I smell great too!😉

Oh, and after school pick up today we’re heading to the beach for a swim and supper instead of waiting until Sunday!

What could having fun look like for you this weekend?🤔

Let’s flourish together!
