Solstice Time!

We’re coming up to Summer Solstice in the seasonal calendar.

In the northern hemisphere, Monday is the longest day and shortest night.

A turning point in the wheel of the year. The days will shorten and the nights lengthen from now on.

It’s a good time to look back and reflect on all that has passed since winter solstice, six months ago.

Here’s a couple of journal prompts to get you started,

What do you want to acknowledge about the last 6 months?🤔

What have you learnt from this stage of your journey?🤔

Look out tomorrow for ideas on ways to mark solstice for yourself.

Let’s flourish together!
