Full moon hangover?

I’ve known for a long time that I generally have more energy coming up to the full moon, and less around the new moon.

Then, a few years ago, I also noticed that I get full moon hangovers.😳

I got curious and came across this article in Time magazine which gives credence to the phenomenon.

If you find yourself feeling a little sluggish this morning after last night’s full moon (known as the Strawberry full moon BTW), know that you are not alone.💕

Ask yourself,

How can I be gentle with myself today?🤔

What ‘hangover cure’ do I need?🤔

And remember, the cycle will turn and this too shall pass.

Let’s flourish together!
