Find yourself stuck at times? Unsure what to do next? Lots of ideas about what you could do?

Here are 2 simple strategies I use to create some momentum,

1. Stuffing a drainpipe.

A few years ago, a friend was encouraging me to keep taking action to make something happen.

He shared an analogy which I’ve found useful: think of it like stuffing stuff in to a drainpipe. You keep stuffing stuff in and then one day something pops out the other end. It may not look like anything you stuffed in, but it will be something.

And something invariably leads to something else…😉

2. Looking at the collage on my wall.

“The answer’s in the collage!” has become a stock phrase in our family.

My collage is my touchstone for what REALLY matters to me.💗

It’s like having my very own life compass.

I do one at the start of each year. Or at any time when it feels like I’m entering a new chapter.

The process I use helps to ensure that it’s deeply meaningful….rather than a nice mood board of what I think I should be doing!

The workshop I’m running next Thursday 15th July takes you through it. There are still spaces if you fancy it. Details here.

You can use it for life overall or a specific area such as relationships, work, or creativity.

Wishing you some gentle momentum, however that looks for you.

Let’s flourish together!
