Take inspiration from these 3 friends of mine.💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

They are all (extra)ordinary women just like you and me. They juggle a range of roles and responsibilities, but manage to also gently tend their craft. Last year they all put creative offerings out in the world.🙌

Fi’s first book, a memoir, was published at the end of 2022📕. It’s a delicate chronicle of the last 36 hours of her husband’s life. Blake Morrison called it, “a powerful work of life writing”…and I agree! You can find it here.

Sinéad is a singer-songwriter🎵. She tells beautiful stories with her songs and (IMO!) has the sweetest Celtic voice. She was featured on our local BBC radio station last year. You can listen to her first album here.

Helen has won a number of prizes for her short stories✍️. One of them was published in Flashback Fiction in October. You can listen to it being read by your’s truly (yes me!) here.
