How’s your January going?
I’m still hunkering down enjoying soups and casseroles, but I’m also starting to think about February and beyond – the growing season.
We’ll order seeds from the catalogues we’ve been browsing, ready to start sowing in a few weeks time.
As in the garden, so in life…
You know all those dreams and ideas you’ve had over the winter months? It’s nearing the time to choose which ones to give your energy and attention.
The good news is that there’s a new moon this weekend. New moons are a great time for setting intentions. Plus this one marks the lunar new year! What better time to uncover what you REALLY want for 2023?
This weekend, my husband, daughter and I will be creating collages (aka vision boards) to capture our heartfelt desires. It’s a simple, fun process.
You can read how we do it here.
I pin mine to the noticeboard in front of my desk. I find it makes a huge difference, helping me to stay on course (with myself!) throughout the months ahead.
It’s something to hold lightly – a reference point when I’m choosing where to direct my efforts. It’s also a reality checker when I find myself suffering from shoulds or comparisonitis!!
Taking time to root yourself in what REALLY matters to you can lead to greater ease and more satisfaction.😃
How might you capture your heartfelt desires this weekend?🤔
Let’s flourish together!
PS. The new moon is on Saturday 21st January at 20:53 GMT.
